Concrete Wall Panel Installation
Concrete wall panels can be made using one of two techniques:
Precast Concrete Wall Panels
Precast wall panels are made off-site and delivered to the construction site by truck, whereas
Tilt Up Concrete Wall Panels
Tilt up wall panels are made on the construction site on an open floor casting slab. Both, however, use the identical installation procedure.
For instance, after being produced, the concrete wall panels are raised into position with the use of a mobile crane. A series of concrete panels are tilted up to form the building’s exterior wall. They are then positioned on foundation footings to act as the building’s exterior structure. Each panel is momentarily braced before the roof connects the structure.
