The concrete panels can be made using one of two techniques.

Precast Concrete Panels

Precast panels are made off-site and delivered to the construction site by truck.

Tilt Up Concrete Panels

Tilt up panels are made on the construction site on an open floor casting slab. Both, however, use the identical installation procedure.

For instance, after being produced, the concrete panels are raised into position with the use of a mobile crane. A series of concrete panels are tilted up to form the building’s exterior wall. They are then positioned on foundation footings to act as the building’s exterior structure. Each panel is momentarily braced before the roof connects the structure.
